When will I be
charged?
We
ask for a 10% deposit when you book your move with us, this
payment can be made by calling our sales team on 0800 007 6194 we accept all major types of credit & debit card including American Express as well as cheque and bank transfer.
If
your move is within 7 days of your booking then it will be
classified as a Last Minute Move. For these types of removals, we
ask for 100% of the removal cost up front. You can also
pay over the phone to anyone of our removals coordinator's at
our central call centre on the phone number shown (0800 007 6194)
The
final balance to any removal booked before 7 days of the move will
be taken on the 2nd day before the removal. e.g if your removal is
scheduled to take place on the friday, then the payment will be
taken automatically on the wednesday.
Alternatively
if you wish to pay by cheque please ensure that it is
received atleast 7 days before your move.
Payments in
cash can be paid directly to our bank account the day before your
move, by calling our call centre and confirming our bank details
with yourselves.
